Pirates notch a couple wins at Oak Creek
IRVINE -- The Orange Coast College women's golf team shot a team score of 380 to finish seventh overall at this week's Orange Empire Conference matchup, held at Oak Creek Golf Club, par 71.
Coast went 2-6 for the event, but the Pirates continue to improve as a team after shooting their lowest total of the season.
Alisa Irwin carded the lowest round for the Pirates after shooting a 91. Alexa Barnes and Nicole Jenkins were close behind after each shooting a 94 and Breanna Gutierrez carded a 101.
The Pirates will return to action on Wednesday at 11 a.m. against the rest of the OEC field over at Diamond Bar Golf Club.
