SACRAMENTO -- It was a historic weekend of rowing for Orange Coast College men's crew as the Pirates earned four top-three finishes in all 8+ boats including two wins at the 2024 Western Intercollegiate Rowing Association Championships on Saturday on the Gold River.

NEWPORT BEACH -- The waters of the Newport Harbor with cold and the weather was dreary, but the results were fantastic for the Orange Coast College men's and women's crew as both squads captured the 2024 Collins Cup in their annual matchup with UC Irvine on Saturday.

NEWPORT BEACH -- With conditions far less than ideal, the Orange Coast College men's crew overcame the elements and the defending national champion, UCLA Bruins to take the top spot in three races and earn the P.A. Palmer Cup for most points at the 59th Annual Newport Regatta.
